Traffic

In a response to the question “what are your fave science/tech bloggers,” this blog is listed, with the comment “astrophysics and bloggy rubbish.” I’m lumped in with my colleagues over at Cosmic Variance, among others, as having “too much politics at the level typical of blogs (i.e., shrill idiocy) or mindless propogation of the same links.”

I should be offended, but since this seems to have increased the traffic to the site by a fair amount, I can’t complain. And anyway, aside from “rubbish” and “shrill idiocy”, I can’t deny the accusations. But I’ll let you decide.... (Certainly — mea culpa — this post does indeed count as bloggy rubbish.)
